How does your au pair service differ from other agencies?
Some agencies require you to search through online databases, and this can lead to disappointment if other families are also interested in a particular applicant. We offer a personal service and do the work for you. We present you with detailed files of applicants who we feel match your needs, saving you time and effort.
What is the registration fee?
Unlike some agencies we don’t charge a registration fee. There is no charge to you until you have selected your au pair
What pocket money do I pay an au pair?
We follow the market rates for au pairs. As a guide, the weekly pocket money is from $8 to $9 per hour depending on the au pair’s experience.
*Repeat Family Program
Many of our families frequently refer our services to their friends and family. As a way of showing our appreciation you will receive a $50 gift voucher for each referred first time family that has an Au Pair Australia start the program. There is no limit to the number of families you refer! Many Host Families choose to use our services on an ongoing basis in order to have an uninterrupted level of care for their children.
In order to receive $100 discount on a new Au Pair placement, Our office needs to be notified in writing up to 12 weeks prior to the current Au Pair’s last working day.
Replacement of an Au Pair:If your Au Pair leaves within 30 days we offer one free replacement provided you have met your obligations as a Host Family.
